FolioHide (“we”, “us”) operates foliohide.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse or buy tablet folio cases, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone, products ordered, and payment status
- Account details if you create a My Account login
- Device and browser data (IP address, user agent) used for security, fraud checks, and basic analytics
- Messages you send to support@foliohide.com
How we use information
- Process and ship orders, and send order / shipping emails
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer support
- Improve the store (page performance, fit-guide clarity, checkout reliability)
- Detect abuse, chargebacks, and payment fraud
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to payment data they process on our behalf.
Shipping partners
We share your name, address, phone, and parcel details with logistics partners so your order can be delivered and tracked.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage required for the shopping cart, checkout, login sessions, and basic site security. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may not work if essential cookies are disabled.
Data retention
