Where we ship
We ship internationally. Checkout shows the shipping charge for your country before you pay.
Shipping rates (standard folio cases)
Rates below apply to standard folio cases (general goods). Prices are in USD.
- United States & Canada: Free shipping
- United Kingdom & European Union: $4.99
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan: $6.99
- Other countries: $9.99
Products that ship with batteries (if offered) use higher checkout rates shown at checkout.
Processing & transit time
- Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment clears
- International transit commonly takes about 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs
- You receive tracking by email when the label is created
Customs & duties
International packages may be inspected by customs. Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees—if charged by your country—are the buyer’s responsibility unless local law says otherwise.
Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship after you confirm the corrected address; extra postage may apply.
